Notice of Public Hearing

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there is an application of file of a proposed amendment to the Mitchell County Zoning Ordinance (Ordinance 17) and Mitchell County Zoning Map that revises the zoning for parcels 10-22-300-012, 10-22-300-014, 10-22-300-015, 10-22-300-027, 10-22-300-029, from Agriculture District to Arterial Commercial District. Such application was reviewed on Thursday April 9th, 2026, by the Zoning Commission of Mitchell County, Iowa.
You are further notified that said application will be heard by the Board of Supervisors on Tuesday May 5th, 2026, beginning at 8:45am, in the Board of Supervisors Chambers at the Mitchell County Courthouse in Osage, Iowa.
